To make a payment with your credit card, just fill out the amount below and click 'Make a Payment'. You'll be taken to PayPal's Website, where you can complete the payment to me safely and securely. (Note: you do not need to have a PayPal account - you can use any debit or credit card EXCEPT for an HSA or FlexMed card.) PayPal will automatically notify me that you have made a payment. Please note HSA or Flexmed cards will not work on this site; you'll have to be in my office or call me to process over the phone.
